LONDON-Land Securities is selling its Arundel Great Court sitein London for GBP 234 million. The company has exchanged agreementsto sell the 3.3-acre site to Waterway PCP Properties Ltd.
The Arundel Great Court parcel has planning permission for 147apartments, a hotel and 398,000 square feet of office building onthe Strand.
