WORCESTER, MA-Middlesex Savings Bank has sold the remainingdevelopment rights for 86 acres of parcel on Salisbury Street inWorcester. The bank has sold the site to Southborough,Massachusetts-based Capital Group Properties for $2.25 million.

The Salisbury Hill site was originally approved for a 280-unit,age-qualified community and 80 townhome units are already built andsold.
