Staying put isContinental Casualty Co., which renewed its14,924-square-foot lease, while PSC Industrial OutsourcingLP expanded its current digs by 11,527 square feet.

New leases in the office building at 5151 San Felipe St. weremade by Legge, Farrow, Kimmitt, McGrath & BrownLP, which took down 14,685 square feet; PetrocomEnergy Group, which leased 4.806 square feet andRamex, which leased 1,800 square feet. CBRE’sBonnie Kelley lead the leasing effort in the 512,461-square-footoffice building, built in 1983, on behalf of the landlord, a fundmanaged by BlackRock.
