CONCORD, MA- Welch’s and Normandy RealEstate Partners have united over the grape juice company’snew lease signing at 300 Baker Avenue in Concord,Massachusetts, according to Welch’s. The company will spread outover 85,000 square feet in an office property thatwill unite its technology center and headquarter facilities. Theduration of the lease is twelve and a half years.

Welch’s new home is situated in a complex that spans threefloors and a total of 409,220 square feet of class-A office space.The entire office property at Baker Avenue isowned by Normandy Real Estate Partners and holds up to 200,000additional square feet of space.

“Welch’s has been a foundation of Concord for decades and we arepleased to have had a role in helping the company find its newheadquarters at a location that allows them to stay in this townfor the foreseeable future,” Mark Roopenian,senior vice president of Normandy Real EstatePartners was quoted as saying in a statement.
