HOUSTON-The Duperron Group, a business group based in Vancouver,British Columbia, has made its first purchase in the US last week.The company acquired the Oaks at Cypress Station Apartments, a294-unit multifamily complex at 1000 Cypress Station Dr. in northHouston, for $11 million.
The gated complex was sold by Los Angeles-based JRK PropertyHoldings. In the deal, the buyer was represented by FirstCornerstone Group LLC's Lance Edwards and the seller wasrepresented by Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc.'s Ed Nwokedi.For the full story, go to Houston Business Journal .
