FRANKLIN, TN-A Class A office building in Cool Springs is set tochange hands for more than $40 million. As reported by an SECFiling, California-based KBS Real Estate Investment Trust hasreached a contract to buy the McEwen Building, a six-story,175,000-square-foot building in Franklin.
