LOS ANGELES-According to a published report from Real EstateFinancing Intelligence, Lincoln Properties hasagreed to buy Wedbush Center in downtown L.A. for$130 million or $283 per square foot.
The seller of 1000 Wilshire Blvd. is a partnership between NewYork-based Broadway Partners and LehmanBrothers. Broadway Partners acquired the property back in2007 in a 24-office building portfolio purchase from Boston-basedBeacon Capital Partners LLC, as GlobeSt.compreviously reported.
