LAUGHLIN, NV-National real estate auction firmAccelerated Marketing Group will auction theLaughlin Bay Marina in Laughlin here in Clark County, NV in asealed bid auction in May. Laughlin is a Las Vegas submarket townin the southern region of the state bordering Arizona andCalifornia, where economic development is about to boom, accordingto Accelerated Marketing Group.

Todd Good, president of Accelerated MarketingGroup, tells GlobeSt.com that although he cannot guess what thesite might be acquired for, “there has already been $34 millioninvested,” he says. He adds that the seller, a local bank, will letit go to the highest bidder over $5.5 million. “The seller isdemonstrating great confidence in the vibrancy of the Laughlinmarket to command a sales price proportional to the projectedlong-term vitality of the region,” he says.
