LONDON-The West End of London Property Unit Trust (WELPUT) hasexchanged agreements to sell the freehold stake in Stratton Houseat 5 Stratton Street in London for approximately GBP 166 million.The company will sell the ownership interest to a private Europeaninvestor for GBP 1,670 per square foot.

The Grade II building, constructed in 1929, provides 108,000square feet of mixed-use space. WELPUT was advised by Strutt &Parker and DTZ, while the buyer was advised by Savills in the deal.For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
