LONDON-London & Stamford Property Plc has sold the TriangleDistribution Portfolio to BRE/Rhombus Bidco Sarl, an entityoperated by a Blackstone real estate fund. The company sold theportfolio for GBP 265 million.
Of the total proceeds, GBP 150 million has been used forrepaying related debt. The cash balance of London & Stamfordnow remains at GBP 214 million. London & Stamford has sold 17distribution properties, including 5110 Magna Park in Lutterworth.For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
