NEW YORK CITY-An investor group has bought a vacant multifamilyproperty at 183 Columbia Heights for $6.6 million. The groupsnapped up the seven-story, 13-unit apartment building in Brooklynfrom Jehovah's Witnesses.

The group has plans to convert the vacant building situatedbetween Pierrepoint and Clark streets into rentals. The Jehovah'sWitnesses employed Massey Knakal Realty Services to sell threeproperties in Brooklyn Heights.
