QUEEN CREEK, AZ-Los Angeles-based SA Group Properties Inc. hassold over 550 acres of land at Skyline Drive and Quail Run Road inQueen Creek for $3.05 million. The Pinal County land, once slatedfor a 1,800-home project called Silverado Ranch, was purchased byCarlsbad, California-based Seventh Heaven Family Trust.
SA Group purchased the Silverado Ranch land in 2009 throughforeclosure proceedings. Brokers from CBRE Land Services Grouprepresented the seller, while brokers from Colliers Internationalrepresented the buyer in the deal. For the full story, go toPhoenix Business Journal .
