ALLENTOWN, PA-Keystone Property Group hascompleted a 135,000-square-foot lease expansion with AllenDistribution at its cross-dock warehouse facility, 7132 DanielsDrive in Allentown.

Allen Distribution, a third-party logisticsprovider, is based in Carlisle, PA. The company previously occupiedspace at 3041 Schoeneck Road in Allentown. Gelcor,Inc. represented Keystone in the expansion transaction,while Jones Lang LaSalle represented thetenant.

“Allen Distribution occupied 46,800 square feet at 7132 DanielsDrive and needed a significant amount of expansion space to supportits growing operations,” says Bill Glazer,president of Keystone Property Group. “The facility, which isstrategically located along one of the most sought-afterdistribution corridors in the Northeast, was able to accommodatethe company’s existing and future needs.”
