NASHVILLE-Greensboro-based Bell Partners has recently bought twoNashville-area apartment complexes for more than $57 million. Bellinvestors and Bluerock bought Grove at Waterford Crossing, a252-unit complex in Hendersonville, in early April and later Bellbought Aldridge at Gateway Village, a 320-unit complex inMurfreesboro, from the Rhodie Development Group.
