ATLANTA-Orlando, Florida-based CNL Lifestyle Properties Inc. hasacquired four assisted living communities totaling 347 units inmetro Atlanta for $80 million. The REIT has bought the seniorhousing properties from Solomon Holdings III Dogwood Four LLCaffiliates.
The properties include Dogwood Forest of Alpharetta; DogwoodForest of Gainesville; Dogwood Forest of Fayetteville; and DogwoodForest of Eagles Landing.
