PHOENIX-Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors has picked up LincolnCommerce Park 2, a four-building industrial complex at BroadwayRoad and 11th Street in South Phoenix, for $26.1 million. Apartnership between Dallas-based Invesco Realty Advisors andPhoenix-based Lincoln Property Co. was the seller of the industrialcenter.
The industrial complex, completed in 2007, is 82% leased. ChadLittell and Chris Toci of Cushman & Wakefield, and Jeff Conradand Allen Lowe of Lee & Associates handled the sale. For thefull story, go to Phoenix Business Journal .
