SAFETY HARBOR, FL-Dallas-based MedProperties Holdings LLC haspartnered with Palm Beach-based AW Property Co. to acquire asix-building portfolio totaling 238,071 square feet in southwestFlorida. The partners have acquired the four-project portfolio fromHealthcare Realty Trust.
The medical office properties comprise Countryside Medical Artsin Safety Harbor. Other properties include St. Andrews Medical Parkin Venice; the Southwest Plaza in Fort Myers; and Bonita BayMedical Centre in Bonita Springs. The acquisition price was notrevealed.
