SCOTTSDALE, AZ-RED Development is expanding its portfolio in thePhoenix area with the purchase of The Borgata in Scottsdale. Thecompany has bought the 94,000-square-foot retail center from SantaMonica, California-based Macerich, the parent company ofWestcor.
The Borgata retail project changed hands for $9.15 million.Various tenants, including a two-story Dolce Salon & Spa, J.Alexander's restaurant, Chico's and Blanco Tacos and Tequila,occupy space in the shopping center. For the full story, go toPhoenix Business Journal .
