BERLIN-Hamburg-based Union Investment Real Estate GmbH hasacquired an office/commercial building in central Berlin. Theinvestment management company has bought Neue Promenade 6, a33,798-square-foot property in downtown Berlin, from a private realestate investor for the DIFA-Fonds Nr. 3 special fund.
Neue Promenade 6 comprises 23,346 square feet of offices and5,629 square feet of retail and catering space. Immologie GmbHadvised Union Investment and HauckSchuchardt advised the vendor inthe deal. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
