STUTTGART, GERMANY-The Schlossle Galerie retail center inPforzheim, Germany, has changed hands. Deka Immobilien GmbH, whichbought the shopping center in 2005 for an open-ended mutualproperty fund, has sold the property for about EUR 76 million to aReal I.S. fund.

Schlossle Galerie is part of the portfolio of WestInvestInterSelect. It comprises more than 40 retail units on three levelsand a three-story office wing. GSK Stockmann & Kollegen andJones Lang LaSalle advised the vendors in the deal. For the fullstory, go to Europe Real Estate .
