SAN DIEGO-US Bank has provided $124 million tothe Wilf family for a construction loan for the first phase of the1,848-unit Casa Mira View apartment complex. Theunits are now being built at 1195 Westview Pkwy.

Through its Garden Communities division, theWilf family started the project in 2008, havingpromised the city it would repair and expand roads near thecomplex. This loan is for the first phase of the project, about 465units now under construction.

According to a statement, Casa Mira will have four differentstyles of apartment buildings. Amenities will include a bowlingalley, skate park, karaoke bar, concert state, merry-go-round,fitness center, shuttle bus service, a seniors club, a coffee shopand a resident garden. The complex is expected to be complete in2013. A Garden official refused to comment about the site.
