NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE, UK-Terrace Hill will break ground on a100,000-square-foot Sainsbury's store along with a petrol stationin Sunderland's Wessington Way. Sainsbury's has pre-leased thestore for 25 years.
Terrace Hill is also planning to construct a 41,000-square-footgrocery store for Asda and a petrol station on a nearby site atSkelton in East Cleveland.
