MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA-Los Angeles-based Kilroy Realty Corp. hascompleted its second acquisition in Silicon Valley this year. Thedeveloper has bought 690 E. Middlefield Road from DostartDevelopment Company LLC and Rockwood Capital Partners LLC for anundisclosed price.
The firm will develop, own and operate a 341,000-square-footoffice campus on the Mountain View site under a 15-year leaseagreement for Synopsys Inc.
