NEW YORK CITY-A partnership of StellarManagement’s Larry Gluck andImperium Capital’s Sam Schneider and Daniel Glaser havepurchased two older office buildings near the Trump SoHoHotel, according to New York Post story by LoisWeiss. The venture plans to combine the buildings at 161Ave. of the Americas and 233 Spring St. to make one748,000-square-foot mixed-use building called One SoHoSquare, the article said.

The 16-story, 320,000-square-foot ButterickBuilding is the Avenue of Americas property. At 233Spring is 10 stories with 250,000 square feet. The venture plans tofill in the gap and add new leasable space for office and retailusers, while spending $50 million to upgrade the site, the articlesaid.

According to Weiss sources, Doug Harmon andAdam Spies of Eastdil Securedadvised the JV, and obtained equity from Rockwoodand financing from Starwood Capital.You can read the story here.
