CHICAGO-The venture that constructed the Kimball Station projectsold a 59-unit condominium project at 4730 N. Kimball Ave. inAlbany Park last month. A division of Oak Brook-based Inland RealEstate Group of Cos. bought the property for $11.8 million.
The condo project, situated on the other side of the KimballBrown Line station, includes an underground parking garage and a6,000-square-foot commercial space, and it was converted intosingle-, double- and triple-bedroom apartments in 2009.
