FRAMINGHAM, MA-Genesis Management Group has purchased a pair ofoffice buildings in Framingham for $6.8 million. The Boston-basedreal estate company bought the 2 four-story buildings, 10 and 20Speen St., in two separate deals.
Genesis bought 10 Speen St. from an ASA International affiliateand 20 Speen St. from the American Heart Association. ASAInternational was represented by Parsons Commercial Group and theAmerican Heart Association was represented by ASA International,while the buyer was represented by New Dover Associates in bothdeals.
