COLOGNE, GERMANY-Invesco Real Estate (IRE) has acquired twologistics facilities in Germany and Sweden for approximately EUR 83million on behalf of a pan-European fund mandate. The companybought a logistics centre measuring 317,535 square feet in Frechennear Cologne and a logistics unit measuring roughly 387,500 squarefeet in Norrkoping situated southwest of Stockholm.
The Frechen center is leased to Antalis GmbH and the Norrkopingunit is leased to Stadium. IRE carried out the deal together withScius Partners. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
