BROOKFIELD, WI-Three Blue Mound Road properties have been soldin separate deals for a total price of roughly $10 million. Theproperties include a former Uno's restaurant, the Furniture Dealsand Steals site, and a shopping center called Plaza 173. Thelargest deal was the sale of Plaza 173 for $4.8 million through aforeclosure auction. Brookfield Acquisitions LLC paid $4.5 millionto purchase the Furniture Deals and Steals site measuring 5.6 acresin Brookfield.
