PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL-ZOM Living is planning to construct a224-unit apartment complex in Palm Beach Gardens. The company isdeveloping the Hamptons at Palm Beach Gardens project on a 23-acresite it purchased for $7.9 million.

The site is situated on the Southwest corner of Central GardensBoulevard and Hood Road. ZOM will develop the project in a jointventure with Northwestern Mutual Life.
