NEW YORK CITY-The owners of the Woolworth Building, a 57-storyproperty in lower Manhattan, have signed a deal to sell the top 25floors of the skyscraper to an Israeli investor group forapproximately $70 million. A partnership between Cammeby'sInternational and the Witkoff Group purchased the building in 1998for $126.5 million.
The top floors contain approximately 100,000 square feet ofspace. The remaining 32 floors are leased to office tenants. The936,000-square-foot building is located at 233 Broadway. For thefull story, go to Crain's New York Business .
