SUNRISE, FL-Wells Fargo Bank has sold a 92,689-square-footoffice building in Sunrise at a 51% loss to its mortgage value. Thebank repossessed the Atrium West building located at 7771 W.Oakland Park Blvd. in 2011 after foreclosing on Rodney K. Longman's$9.8 million mortgage.
ATC Realty One, the Wells Fargo affiliate, sold the property toAtrium 93 LLC for $4.8 million. Scott O'Donnell, Dominic Montazemi,Marty Busekrus and Miguel Alcivar from CBRE Group worked on thedeal. For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
