SEATTLE-The Wolff Co. has purchased a second development site inthe Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle. The Arizona-basedapartment firm bought the former Sunset Electric building at EastPine Street and 11th Avenue for $6.67 million from Pryde Johnson, aSeattle developer.
In 2001, Pryde Johnson won city approval to construct asix-story, 89-unit complex on the site. Wolff bought anotherproperty earlier this year from Pryde Johnson and the company hasproposed a 270-unit apartment complex there. For the full story,go to Seattle Times .
