MILWAUKEE-Daniel Bruckner, a Fox Point landlord, has sold twosites in Milwaukee to Jomela Properties. In January, Bruckner filedfor Chapter 11 restructuring, listing over 30 properties inMilwaukee and neighboring communities.
Bruckner sold two apartment complexes, which comprise 270apartments, at 4601 S. First St. and 4568 S. 20th St. for $11.1million to Jomela. He will use the proceeds to pay off debts inChapter 11 reorganization. The value of the two Milwaukeeproperties was assed at $12.3 million.
