VIENNA, VA-Law firm Rees Broome PC has opted tomove its Tysons Corner-based office to a new location in Vienna, inpart to realize lower rents. In a new lease negotiated byThe Ezra Co., the firm is taking 31,173 squarefeet at 1900 Gallows Rd. Ezra’s Gene Martin, DavidKinney and Damon Rothman represented ReesBroome.

Currently, the law firm occupies a similar amount of space at8133 Leesburg Pike. The company didn’t want to move very far fromthe submarket, but did want to secure a better deal. Its newlandlord provided a compelling concessions package, according toEzra, along with a lower rental rate and sizeable build-outallowance.
