ARLINGTON, VA-TA Associates Realty has sold One Ballston Plaza,a 143,000-square-foot office building at 1010 Glebe Road, for $49million. The Meridian Group, a real estate investment anddevelopment firm based in Bethesda, has purchased the building for$343 per square foot.
The eight-story building, constructed in 1986, is currentlyleased to 13 tenants including private firms, national associationsand government contractors. Eastdil Secured brokered the sale.For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
