MORRISTOWN, NJ–First quarter leasing was energetic atHeadquarters Plaza in downtown Morristown, with more than 75,000square feet taken in the first quarter of 2012, according toCushman & Wakefield of New Jersey, exclusivebroker for the Morris County complex.

Nine companies signed, renewed or expanded leases atHeadquarters Plaza in the past four months. The complex, anOlnick-Fisher joint venture, had recently undergone a multi-milliondollar capital improvement program. A 41,000-square-foot fitnesscenter, a massage and facial spa, and a wellness facility offeringa variety of treatments and services were among additions made tothe property..
