HOUSTON-National Oilwell Varco LP, a supplierof mechanical and other parts to rigs in the oil and natural gasindustries, signed a three-year lease for space at the Younan Placebuilding in the Westchase submarket. The new tenant will occupy42,296 square feet in a deal commencing June 1.
"This is project space for them," says Griffin T.Jaggard, vice president of locally based MoodyRambin Interests. "They have a new client and needed toexpand to complete the project."
Jaggard and Moody Rambin senior vice president DerekBeck represented the landlord, Younan PropertiesInc. in the lease negotiations. LucianBukowski with Jones Lang LaSallerepresented the tenant in negotiations for space at 9801 WestheimerRd.
