CHICAGO-An affiliate of New York-based Goldman Sachs Group Inc.and Golub & Co. of Chicago will buy a 15-story office tower at311 W. Monroe St. for approximately $45 million. Irving,Texas-based Archon Group L.P., an affiliate of Goldman Sachs, andGolub will pay nearly $117 per square foot for the building atFranklin and Monroe streets.
