EULESS, TX-GT Industrial Properties has purchased an industrialbuilding measuring 103,000 square feet at 1400 Westpark Way inEuless. Structural and Steel Products MFG has taken 70,000 squarefeet within the industrial building from the owner.

GT Industrial will market the remaining 33,000 square feet forlease. The Weitzman Group's Jonathan Diamond and Larry Denisoffrepresented Camtech Precision Manufacturing, the seller, in thedeal.
