PARSIPPANY, NJ-Lincoln Property Co. has signedfour new lease deals at 9 Entin Road in Parsippany for a total of78,276 square feet. “At a time when the office market continues toexperience high vacancies, 9 Entin Road has gained significantmomentum with the recent completion of these leases,” saysRick Genthe, who served as in-house leasing agenton the deal.
The 25-year old building at exit 40B on I-287 was been updatedover the past few years, Genthe tells GlobeSt.com, includinginstallation of a new, energy-efficient HVAC system. “Whencompanies see they don’t have to worry about something like theHVAC, it makes the difference,” he says.
With the recent improvements, the three-story,196,894-square-foot building also gained a new lobby entrance witha three-story atrium and glass-enclosed elevators, and an on-sitecafe.
