BUFFALO-Anthony Trusso, a local developer, has sold a West Sideapartment/office complex to a Buffalo-area investment group. JergoLLC purchased the property at 585 Niagara Street for $285,000.
The complex is situated at the corner of Jersey and Niagarastreets and it features an office, which is occupied by theJackson-Hewitt firm, and 9 apartments.
