SAN DIEGO-Colliers International has closed the sale of fourindustrial buildings totaling 152,513 square feet at CenterpointeTech Center in the Miramar submarket of San Diego. BrentcrestAssociates has sold the buildings to Providence II Centerpointe LLCfor about $10.1 million.
The Centerpointe complex was roughly 46% leased at closing. Theindustrial buildings are located at 7740, 7737, 7720 and 7710Kenamar Court. Colliers represented the seller and the buyer in thedeal. For the full story, go to San Diego Business Journal .
