MOUNT LAUREL, NJ-Keystone Property Group hassecured a 72,500-square-foot lease extension and expansion withComcast at the Executive Park at East Gate, 112 West Park Dr. inMt. Laurel.
The Philadelphia-based cable operator and Internet serviceprovider is expanding its research and development operations atthe Mt. Laurel site. CBRE executive vice-PresidentJon Sarkisian, along with BrianSaggiomo and Anthony LiVechhi representedKeystone, while the tenant was represented by MarcPolicarpo and Robert Corr ofBinswanger.
With the Comcast lease renewal and expansion, the building is100% leased. Harleysville Insurance, a subsidiary of NationwideInsurance, is also a tenant.
