FLORHAM PARK, NJ-Colliers International NewJersey has been named exclusive broker for Florham ParkCorporate Center, a campus with twin three-story office buildingsthat currently has 77,000 square feet of space available. Thecomplex, set on 14 acres off the Columbia Turnpike is owned byBergman Real Estate Group.
Executive managing director Bryn Cinque andmanaging director James Bailey are overseeingthe assignment for Colliers. John G. Osborne,Bergman’s leasing director, said the brokers were chosen for their“exceptional knowledge of the suburban Essex and Morris Countysubmarket.”
Florham Park Corporate Center houses a total of 226,000 squarefeet in two atrium buildings. The property was purchased five yearsago by Bergman and is newly renovated. The listed asking price forspace is $21 a square foot.
