BROOMFIELD, CO-Hines US Office Value Added Fundhas sold Mountain View Corporate Center here toWestfield Capital Partners for an undisclosed sum.The new owner purchased the property free and clear of debt.

Mountain View is a four-building, 461,438-square-foot, class-Aoffice development composed of three three-storybuildings and one four-story building. HFF, alongwith Newmark Knight Frank Capital Group, marketedthe properties on behalf of Hines. Terms of the sale were notdisclosed.

Acquired by Hines in 2006, the property has been maintained tothe highest institutional standards with two of the four buildingsachieving LEED Silver certification. The property is 92% leased totenants such as Time Warner Cable,TransFirst and White Wave Foods.Situated on approximately 27 acres of land, the property is locatedon Airport Way next to Rocky Mountain MetropolitanAirport northwest of downtown Denver.
