DALLAS-CNL Commercial Real Estatecontinued hiring for its local office, adding William Wyatt as vicepresident. Wyatt, who is the fourth broker to come on board duringthe past three months, is handling land acquisitions,industrial property tenant representation andproject leasing.

Before his current job at CNL, Wyatt was with Jones LangLaSalle/Staubach Co.'s land and industrial services group.For CNL managing director Jimmy Grisham, Wyatt'scultural fit was just as important as his experience.

"Will's a great guy and he brings a skill set on the industrialside that was attractive to us," says Grisham, who further explainsthat, while CNL has done land brokerage on the retail side, Wyattwill expand the experience to other real estate sectors. Grishamtells GlobeSt.com that Wyatt approached CNL,partly because he was intrigued with the company and partly becauseof a prior relationship with Campbell Henry, whojoined CNL from Jones Lang LaSalle during September 2011.
