REDMOND, WA-San Francisco-based JMA Ventures has acquired Officeat Riverpark, a five-story building in Redmond. The companypurchased the office building, located at 15809 Bear Creek Parkway,from New York-based Clarion Partners for $38.5 million, or $362 persquare foot.
The Redmond office building, constructed in 2008, is 97%occupied by several national companies. CBRE Debt & EquityGroup's David Stinebaugh arranged financing for JMA Ventures.
