CHICAGO-Buffalo-based Sovran Self Storage Inc. has purchased twoself-storage facilities in Chicago and made another acquisition inMiami. The real estate investment trust paid a total of $36.1million for all three properties.
The Class A industrial properties comprise a total area of246,000 square feet. Each of the storage facilities will berebranded as Uncle Bob's Self Storage. Sovran operates 449facilities in 26 stated under the Uncle Bob's Self Storage name.For the full story, go to Buffalo Business First .
