DALLAS-An industrial building spanning 229,000 square feet at2829 Sea Harbor Road in Dallas has changed hands. An unidentifiedinvestor has purchased the property for an undisclosed price.

USA Pallet & Logistics Service Center recently leased theproperty for 10 years. Sam Hanna from the San Diego office ofMarcus & Millichap represented the buyer, while Geoffrey Fickefrom Marcus & Millichap's Dallas office and Scott Ryan fromMarcus & Millichap's Austin office represented an undisclosedlimited liability company, the seller.
