ORLANDO-Harbor Group International LLC has snapped up threeapartment properties in Florida for a combined $99.7 million. T.Richard Litton Jr., president of HGI, said that the Norfolk,Virginia-based firm is spending roughly $5 million to upgrade thethree apartment communities.
